The Heart of Law Enforcement - Stories from Charles Kenneth Hinkle

Charles Kenneth Hinkle was a dedicated member of the Greeneville Tennessee Police Department from the 1960's through the mid-1990's. He amassed hundreds of experiences, some hilarious, some harrowing, some poignant, but all underscored by his insight and compassion. He remembered virtually every detail from those experiences and told them in stories which he audio recorded before he passed away on January 24, 2015. These written stories are taken word for word from those audio recordings.
